In addition to your account for streaming Kaizen Online videos, you may download videos for offline use, for use in both training your staff and your clients by consultants. You will need to do the following:
- Download and unzip the file.
- Each person will need a unique digital key to unlock the videos. Please request this from our support desk at KaizenOnlineSupport@kaizen.com. Ask for “Access code for KI consultants.”
- Please read the READ ME file. It will take one minute and save you one hour.
