The purpose of this webpage is to summarize all information about this project and its training programs.
Background
This project is a customized set of nine training programs that were created for a Gates Foundation project secured by KIIN.
The clients and students see the nine training programs named “KAIZEN™ Fundamentals.” We can change it to some other name very easily, and we recommend that this be done. The reason is that there is already a training program produced by Kaizen Online that has been authorized by KI, using all of its videos, and it is also entitled “KAIZEN™ Fundamentals.” The training programs created for KIIN are not exactly the same as the one offered by Kaizen Online, but there is a great deal of overlap. We could use this title: KAIZEN™ Training for XYZ (with XYZ being the description for the audience this training is being provided to).
Structure of the training
The nine training programs are divided into three organizational levels:
- Gemba Value Adders
- Middle Managers
- Top Management
Each of these three organizational levels has three training programs to progress through:
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
A certificate can be earned for each of the nine training programs. Silver must be completed before Gold, and Gold before Platinum.
How it works
Subscription codes are provided for each organizational level, and will only permit a student to take the training programs within their level. The subscription codes are:
- AO-Gemba-Value-Adders
- AO-Middle-Managers
- AO-Top-Management
The codes can contain the following controls:
- They can be set to expire (currently set for 11 November, 2021
- Number of uses
- Length of time the training program is available to the student once they register (currently set for three months)
How to give a student access
All you need to do is give them two pieces of information:

Future upgrades
You will start seeing upgrades in the coming weeks. The first will be a menu to appear on the left of the each lesson showing all lessons within that course. This will provide context for the student and is a very convenient way to navigate.
