You have two options for playing the videos:
- Online: You can stream the videos from the Internet (recommended).
- Offline: You can play the videos by installing them on your laptop. We know that some client training locations have limited Internet service.
Online access
(Everyone should get online access first.)
- Enter this subscription code: KIOLNOV2018 See the “Access videos” section at the bottom of this page.
- Follow the prompts, and you’ll have instant access.
- You MUST register with your kaizen.com email address.
Offline access
There are two ways to get a copy of the current Kaizen Online videos for your laptop:
- on the USB stick we distributed at the 2018 AAE and ABM.
- By downloading the videos from our website; see the “Access videos” section at the bottom of this page. The download is 14gb, so it’s best to do it overnight as it will take several hours.
Once you have the files:
- If you download the files, unzip them now. The files on the USB stick are not zipped.
- Be sure to read the READ ME file that comes with the video files. It will take one minute and save you one hour. It’s very short.
- Each person will need a unique digital key to unlock the videos. Please request this from our support desk at KaizenOnlineSupport@kaizen.com. Ask for “Access code for KI personnel” and include a list of names and their KI email addresses.
Where can you use the videos?
Everywhere!
- For internal BU training
- For training sessions with clients
- For sales and marketing purposes
Encourage your clients to buy a video subscription to spread kaizen thinking in their company! Contact us! It’s very inexpensive and easy to do. For example, Kaizen Institute North America (KINA) includes the videos as part of their total consulting package for a client. Kaizen Online currently pays a 20% commission to other BUs.
